Lieutenant Commander Jason Chambers was the chief medical officer serving aboard the USS Archeron in 2381. He was overpowered by Wenn Cinn when the Archeron suffered a computer shutdown and power blackout in the Acamar System during Task Force Archeron’s confrontation with the Theurgy and the Harbinger. After being questioned by Cinn, he was rendered unconscious by the burly Bajoran. Although his rank was not revealed, it is assumed that Chambers attained the rank of lieutenant commander.

Lieutenant George Hernandez, MD

Lieutenant George Hernandez was the Medical Officer serving aboard Black Opal Station when it was raided by the Theurgy and scuttled to keep it out of the hands of the Romulans in March of 2381. Despite the time he spent on the isolated post of Black Opal, he still managed to keep a sense of humor and was known for his wit. During the raid by Commander Carrigan Trent and his team Doctor Hernandez was easily overpowered and subdued. He was later evacuated when it became necessary to scuttle the station. He was informed about the alien parasites that had taken over Starfleet Command and he joined the Theurgy’s crew in time to be assigned to the ship's yacht, the USS Allegiant during the raid of Starbase 84.

In the battle with the Borg at the heart of the Azure Nebula, Hernandez served aboard the USS Allegiant again.

Chief Petty Officer Jacques Hebert

Chief Petty Officer Jacques Hebert was an enlisted nurse who served aboard the Harbinger in 2381. Before the Harbinger was destroyed Herbert and a number of other survivors managed to flee in an escape pod to planet Aeron-2514. He was rescued by Natalie Stark, ThanIda zh'Wann, Aisha S'Iti, and Doctor Maya who had taken the USS Allegiant on a Search And Rescue mission to recover the Harbinger’s survivors. After leaving Aeron-2514 , Hebert assisted in the recovery of other survivors, providing medical aid to the survivors recovered from Varcae who had inhaled the acidic atmosphere. He was brought back to the USS Theurgy and joined its crew, replacing one of the many casualties the carrier had taken since fleeing Federation space.

After the raid on Black Opal Station, Nurse Hebert was manning the reception desk when Nathaniel Isley was escorted to sickbay during the inquiry of the death of Skye Carver.

The day before the mission to Starbase 84 he assisted Dr. Lucan cin Nicander and Dr. Maya in the surgery to replace Master Chief Nolak Kalmil’s damaged vertebrae.

Hebert later volunteered to act as combat medic for the strike team that was sent to rescue Andrew Fisher from imprisonment on Qo'noS. Chief Hebert joined Captain Ives and the mission to Romulus to expose Praetor Tal'Aura for the Infested operative she was while also seeking to end the hostilities with the Romulans before further violent misunderstandings could occur, dragging the Theurgy and the Federation into another war.

Petty Officer First Class Leticia Jones

Petty Officer First Class Leticia Jones, or Letty, was an enlisted unregistered nurse serving aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. Jones, along with Newberry and Patterson were in Main Sickbay when Rihen Neyah contacted the Theurgy and the Harbinger in her shuttle just prior to the Theurgy’s first encounter with the Calamity. The three nurses were ordered to grab a medkit and head to their stations at the Fighter Assault Bay and the Vector Two and Three sickbays.

Nurse Jones was aboard the Theurgy’s vector three stardrive section when the three stardive sections fled in different directions as part of the Continuance Protocol after the dreadnought’s encounter with the Asurians and the Savi. She assisted the wounded aboard the USS Cayuga after Chief Marshall Akri Sitaio managed to free herself and her fellow prisoners and go on a violent rampage.

She was working in the Vector 03 Battle Sickbay when the Theurgy’s vector two and three stardrive sections reunited and followed Lieutenant Rhys Williams out into the corridor when he left sickbay without informing Doctor Hernandez.

During the battle with the Borg at the heart of the Azure Nebula, this Petty officer Jones was serving in the Theurgy’s Main Sickbay on Deck 11.

Letty, was also a member of the strike team sent to Qo'noS as part of the mission to rescue Andrew Fisher, wherein she acted as a combat medic.

Petty Officer Second Class Riley Patterson

Nurse Riley Patterson

Petty Officer Second Class Riley Patterson was an unregistered nurse serving aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. She had been assigned to the Theurgy in May of 2380, six months before the discovery of the Parasites that had corrupted Starfleet Command.

Patterson, along with Newberry and Jones were in Main Sickbay when Rihen Neyah contacted the Theurgy and the Harbinger in her shuttle just prior to the Theurgy’s first encounter with the Calamity. The three nurses were ordered to grab a medkit and head to their stations at the Fighter Assault Bay and the Vector One and Three sickbays.

Nurse Patterson was aboard the Theurgy’s vector two stardrive section when the three stardive sections fled in different directions as part of the Continuance Protocol after the dreadnought’s encounter with the Asurians and the Savi.

At 1955 hours on the day after the three stardrive vectors separated and fled in different directions, Lieutenant Daniel Havenborn invited Nurse Patterson to the Deck Crew Lounge in the Fighter Assault Bay to attend a Karaoke party that had been organized to raise morale.

During the Theurgy’s vector two stardrive section's encounter with the IKC Rotarran, Patterson discovered Doctor Maya in the Primary Surgical Suite in Main Sickbay after the little Vulcan was beamed back from the Temporary Holding Cell in the Security Center. (V02)

She was present for the mother of all hangovers when Faye Lintah Eloi-Danvers woke up in her quarters after having attended a concert in the holodeck the previous evening. (INTERREGNUM 01-02, Day 4, 0730hrs)

Petty Officer Patterson joined Lieutenant Amarik and the others on an infiltration mission at a Romulan research and development facility.

Petty Officer Second Class Kavon Brown

Kavan Brown.jpg

A member of the ship’s commissioning crew, Kavan was a Human male assigned to the Medical department as a nurse and physiotherapist. Injured during the Theurgy’s escape from Earth, Kavan was placed in stasis until resources and time became available to heal him during the ship’s layover above Aldea. Returning to duty, Kavan’s assigned battle station was the Stallion’s battle sickbay. He suffered no injuries during the ship’s engagements with House Mo’kai forces.

Newberry

Newberry was a nurse serving aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. Newberry, along with Jones and Patterson were in Main Sickbay when Rihen Neyah contacted the Theurgy and the Harbinger in her shuttle just prior to the Theurgy’s first encounter with the Calamity. The three nurses were ordered to grab a medkit and head to their stations at the Fighter Assault Bay and the Vector Two and Three sickbays.

Although Newberry was originally scheduled to work in the Theurgy’s Main Sickbay during the mission to Starbase 84, Doctor Maya sent her to the Battle Sickbay on Deck Seven.

Ensign Janteel Daran, MD

Ens. Janteel

Doctor Janteel Daran was a Junior Surgeon aboard the USS Theurgy. A Bajoran male, he worked under the tutelage of Dr. Kate Foster during her service aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. Daran was born in the Rakantha Province on Bajor sometime during the Cardassian Occupation of that world. He left Bajor as a refugee sometime prior to the withdraw of the Cardassian Union, coming to Earth where he attended Starfleet Medical, and became a Surgeon. He was assigned to Theurgy when it was first deployed and has acted as a Junior member of the team ever since. According to Lieutenant JG Kate Foster, Janteel is as skilled and practiced a hand she’s ever seen and could very well be a Chief Surgeon himself. Janteel appears to work the opposite shift as Lieutenant Foster, though they do sometimes cross paths, and maintain a friendly work relationship. It has been implied that Janteel is likely homosexual and is currently dating another male member of Theurgy’s Medical Staff. Janteel is probably the most level-minded member of the Surgical Team, seemingly as sturdy as a rock in the performance of his duties.

He was begrudgingly stuck performing a routine checkup on Crewman Swight Dhrute while USS Theurgy was in orbit of Aldea, a procedure he'd been delegated by his superior officer, Kate Foster.

Janteel was also on duty in Main Sickbay following the immediate aftermath of the Bombing of the Spearhead Lounge, where he performed emergency surgery on injured members of the crew.

Ensign Miles Courtland, SA

Ens. Courtland

Miles Courtland was a Surgical Assistant aboard the USS Theurgy. A Human male, he worked with the Surgical Staff, and was one of the preferred partners of Dr. Kate Foster during her service aboard. Miles was born in Los Angeles on Earth and attended Starfleet Medical Academy prior to his assignment to Theurgy. Unlike some of his colleagues, Courtland is content in his role as a Surgical Assistant and has no aspirations of earning a Doctorate. He is likely the easiest going member of the Surgical Team, and at times something of a mischievous presence.

He assisted Kate Foster in the surgical procedure to save Stellan Foster from injuries sustained during Theurgy's escape from Earth.

Ensign Jurek Xevin, SA

Jurek Xevin was a Surgical Assistant aboard the USS Theurgy. A Cardassian female, she worked with the Surgical Staff in 2381. Xevin was born on Bajor during the Cardassian Occupation of that world and was abandoned when her father was killed during a terror attack carried out by a Bajoran Resistant Cell. She was subsequently taken in by the Janteel family, and raised alongside her adopted brother, Daran. She too came to Earth when the Janteel family fled Bajor as refugees, and like Daran, attended Starfleet Medical Academy. Upon graduation, she lobbied for and was granted the same posting as her adopted brother, aboard Theurgy, where she serves as a Surgical Assistant, aspiring to earn a Doctorate and become a full-fledged Surgeon.

Ensign Karen Duncan, RN

Karen Duncan was a Registered Nurse aboard the USS Theurgy. A Human female, she worked closely with the Surgical Staff in 2381, and was one of the preferred partners of Dr. Kate Foster during her service aboard. Born in London on Earth, Karen Duncan attended Starfleet Medical Academy and graduated in 2374. She previously served aboard the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-E until it’s near total destruction during the Battle of the Bassen Rift. Considered to be a motherly figure among the Surgical Team, she is protective of her friends, and very open to new people, helping them fit in.

Karen was severely injured by Klingon Intruders when they invaded Sickbay during Theurgy’s Battle above Qo'noS, though she would later fully recover. She hopes to return to her husband, Jonas, on Earth someday when the situation facing Theurgy is revolved.

Ensign Valyrk, RN

Ens. Valryk

Valryk was a Registered Nurse aboard the USS Theurgy. A Vulcan female, she worked closely with the Surgical Staff in 2381. Born in San Francisco on Earth, Valryk’s parents were both instructors at Starfleet Medical Academy. Valryk followed in the footsteps of her parents and attended Starfleet Medical when she became of age, graduating at the top of her class in 2379. After serving a short stint aboard the USS Robinson NCC-71842, she was granted a transfer to Theurgy prior to it’s initial launch from Earth. As of 2381, she has been linked romantically to Ensign Ali Louis of Shuttle Ops, as was witnessed by Lieutenant Commander Andrew Fisher during a visit to the Stellar Cartography Lab on Deck 15, where she may have also had a spur-of-the-moment romantic encounter with a member of the Tactical CONN department. Ensign Valyrk joined Captain Ives and the mission to Romulus to expose Praetor Tal'Aura for the Infested operative she was while also seeking to end the hostilities with the Romulans before further violent misunderstandings could occur, dragging the Theurgy and the Federation into another war.

Kitty Ellison was a Registered Nurse aboard the USS Theurgy. A Human female, she worked closely with the Surgical Staff in 2381. Born in Chicago on Earth, Kitty Ellison graduated from Starfleet Medical Academy in 2380. Back home on Earth, she has a husband, Mark, and two children, Kevin and Claire waiting for her eventual return. Kitty likely spends the most hours in sickbay of all the Surgical Team, save maybe Lieutenant Kate Foster. She is a calming presence to her patients and has been commended for her dutiful care many times since joining Theurgy prior to the ship’s launch. She has openly expressed some worries as to whether or not she’ll ever get to see her family in person again, and has sought out the personal guidance of the Counseling Staff, whom she has grown to trust, and advise the services of to her fellow Surgical Team members.

Kitty was on duty in Main Sickbay following the events of the Battle above Qo'noS, where she cared for injured members of the crew.

Deceased

† Lieutenant Lyhn, MD

Lieutenant Lyhn, was the Chief Medical Officer serving aboard USS Resolve when it was stranded in the Delta Quadrant in 2378. Although Doctor Lyhn survived the three year journey and was still serving as CMO when the Resolve returned to Federation space in 2381, she did not survive the devastation that Starbase 84 inflicted on the Resolve. She died during the evacuation to the Theurgy.

† Petty Officer First Class Maal

Nurse Maal

Petty Officer First Class Maal was an unregistered nurse who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. He was noteworthy for being a Klingon who was raised on Earth, and had no interest in Klingon culture preferring the tolerant and understanding philosophy of the United Federation of Planets. Despite being a Klingon he acted perfectly human, having been immersed in human culture almost since birth. He underwent a trial by fire during the two months that the Theurgy fled from Starfleet, with many injured to care for in Sickbay under the command of Doctor Nicander and the Head Nurse, Junior Lieutenant Jovela. By mid-2381, Maal had become an introverted brooding young man described by others as a “gentle giant.”

During the Niga Incident, Maal was infected during the outbreak, but fortunately for him, he would not remember much from that time. When the temporal agents from the USS Relativity gave him the antidote and he woke up, Nurse Jovela had been shot down during the fighting, and he had to continue to serve without a Head Nurse until Eve Jenkins was found and recruited on Nimbus III. When the Ishtar entity found the Theurgy and terrorized the crew, Maal was luckily spared, but that luck would not last.

Just after the encounter with the USS Harbinger and Captain Declan Vasser, the Calamity attacked, resulting in many more injured to care for, but not nearly as many as when it attacked the second time on Theta Eridani IV. During the evacuation of Theta Eridani IV, Maal was in the Theurgy’s Main Sickbay assisting Doctor Nicander with the wounded, for no other nurses were available. Maal was also present when Cir'Cie and led her band of brainwashed mutineers into Main Sickbay and was forced at gunpoint to commit unnatural acts with Nurse Vinata Vojona by Patrick Andersson.

Maal was killed by Dylan Cobb, one of the Devoted on the same day the USS Theurgy encountered the Savi for the first time.
