The following is a list of named non-player characters who served in Starfleet's Operations Department during the USS Theurgy’s battles against a corrupt and compromised Starfleet Command.
Operations Officer Patrick Andersson
Patrick Andersson was an operations officer who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. It is unknown if he was related to Petty Officer Liam Andersson who was serving aboard the USS Harbinger the same year. Operations Officer Andersson was one of the officers mentally conditioned by T’Rena to follow Declan Vasser’s twisted agenda of fleeing the Federation and creating a new Eugenics program by impregnating all of the women aboard both the Theurgy and the Harbinger. He assisted Cir'Cie in seizing main sickbay. He mistook Nurse Vinata Vojona for a woman since he was unfamiliar with Ovri physiology and forced the Ovri and Nurse Maal to perform unnatural acts while holding them at gunpoint. When Maal tried to restrain him, Patrick Andersson injured him with a phaser, the very same phaser that Vinata Vojona killed Andersson with moments later.
Operations Officer Sean Cameron
Sean Cameron was an operations officer who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. He was one of the people officers who was mentally conditioned by T'Rena to follow Declan Vasser’s twisted agenda of fleeing the Federation and creating a new Eugenics program by impregnating all of the women aboard both the Theurgy and the Harbinger. He assisted Cir'Cie in seizing main sickbay but was fatally incapacitated by Eve Jenkins.
Ensign Trujillo
Ensign Trujillo was an operations officer who served aboard the USS Harbinger when it encountered theUSS Theurgy in 2381. During the last days of the Harbinger’s existence, Ensign Trujillo was on the Harbinger’s bridge during the noteworthy events leading up to the starship’s destruction, including first encounter with the USS Theurgy and the engagements with the Calamity.
Ensign Pavel Viktorovich Yelchin
Ensign Pavel Viktorovich Yelchin was an operations officer who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. He was an academic prodigy from Utopia Planitia on the planet Mars. Along with Kenneth Urban and Nizni Peri, he was assigned to Vector Three’s Battle Bridge for preparation for the mission to Starbase 84 when Declan Vasser and his followers staged their attempted coup. Although he suggested that he and his fellow ensigns should go back to their quarters and hide until the coup was resolved, he was still at his post when Carrigan Trent and William O’Connell arrived and took charge of the battle. He identified Trent when Peri cast doubts on his identity and vouched for the bionic officer’s intentions and followed his instructions to the letter, despite his fear. He was attempting to secure life support functions for the battle bridge when T'Rena locked all of the consoles out of the computer and pumped the air out of the battle bridge. Yelchin managed to hit the door's interlock subsystems and stop the atmosphere from being vented out, but he was first one killed when T'Rena entered the battle bridge firing a hand phaser that left his chest cavity a charred mess.
Petty Officer Dam
Petty Officer Dam was an avionics technician who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. Dam escaped Dor'GhItlh Squardon’s attack on the Fighter Assault Bayby following Tessa Lance through the Jeffries tubes that were exposed by the ongoing repairs to the damaged caused by the Calamity’s first attack. Dam was placed in Lieutenant (jg Lance’s distraction party before being stunned by a phaser blast from Harbinger pilots Smoke and Titan in a corridor on the Theurgy’s deck five.
Petty Officer De Serres
Petty Officer Petty Officer De Serres was an avionics technician who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. During the invasion and mutiny aboard the Theurgy by the officers and crew of the Harbinger he escaped the Fighter Assault Bay with his fellow deck hands through the Jeffries tubes to the ship’s lounge known as Below Decks where they met Wenn Cinn.
He joined Sten Covington and Tessa Lance’s distraction party that was joined by Fasha after encountering resistance on the Theurgy’s deck five. After being redirected to Deck Two, De Serres and the rest of the distraction party rendezvoused with Natalie Stark, Aisha S'Iti, and Rory Callahan to retake the bridge. De Serres was too burly to fit through the Jeffries tubes leading up to the bridge so he accompanied Natalie Stark and Sten Covington in the turbolift. Where he and the deck chief were the first through the door when they took the bridge from Vasser’s men.
Petty Officer First Class Adara Hussein
Petty Officer First Class Adara Hussein was an avionics technician who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. Her ancestry was described as "Persian" and she was five feet, three inches (1.6 meters) tall. During the takeover of the Theurgy by the officers and crew of the Harbinger she assisted in building the makeshift barricade to in the Fighter Assault Baythat blocked Tessa Lance’s fighter and kept it from leaving the Fighter Assault Bay to join the other Lone Wolf Valkyries in intercepting the invading Dor'GhItlh Squardon. When the mutinying crewmembers entered the Fighter Bay, she pulled Lance behind the barricade before Goldeneye could get shot.
After escaping the Fighter Bay by escaping through the Jeffries tubes, Hussein and her fellow deck hands found themselves in the ship’s lounge known as Below Decks where they met Wenn Cinn. Hussein joined Lieutenant Lance’s distraction party they encountered Thea and Fasha on Deck Five before regrouping with Natalie Stark, Aisha S'Iti, and Rory Callahan on Deck Two to retake the bridge. Hussein crawled through the Jeffries tubes with Tessa Lance to Deck One and stunned a Bolian crewmember loyal to Vasser’s agenda after Tessa Lance dropped her phaser.
When the Calamity attacked the Theurgy Hussein and her fellow deck hands accompanied Fasha and Lance back to the Fighter Assault Bay where she helped Wolf-07 into her hardsuit and gave her Hannah Slaverton’s Valkyries to fly in lieu of her damaged one.
Petty Officer Kumal Koothrapali
Petty Officer Kumal Koothrapali was an avionics technician who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381.
After being redirected to Deck Two by Thea, Koothrapali and the rest of the distraction party rendezvoused with Natalie Stark, Aisha S'Iti, and Rory Callahan to retake the bridge.
Tessa Lance estimated Koothrapali’s height and weight to be roughly analogous to that of herself, Fasha, and Aisha S'Iti, small enough to fit through the tight and narrow Jeffries tubes between the USS Theurgy’s Decks One and Two.
Petty Officer Jacque Marquette
Petty Officer Jacque Marquette was a human male appointed as a fighter ordinance technician who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. When the fighter pilots from the USS Harbinger came aboard the Theurgy after their escape from Task Force Archeron, he was instructed by Sten Covington to choose three avionics technicians and repair their fighters. The next day, when infiltrators from Harbinger attacked the Fighter Assault Bay on deck fifteen he was ordered by Convington, to arm himself and bring the weapons stored in the hidden locker in the office Covington shared with Miles Renard. Before he could do so, he was stunned by a phaser beam fired by Tessa May Lance in a case of mistaken identity. Due to the amount of ordinance that Dor'GhItlh Squardon fired into the Fighter Bay when they boarded, it is likely that Petty Officer Marquette was killed or severely wounded.
Petty Officer Phuc
Petty Officer Phuc was a fighter technician who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. Phuc escaped Dor'GhItlh Squardon’s attack on the Fighter Assault Bay with Sten Covington, Axius vel Onea, Tessa May Lance, and the other deck apes by going through the Jeffries tubes that were exposed by the ongoing repairs to the damaged caused by the Calamity’s first attack. He was placed in Lieutenant Lance’s distraction party before being stunned by a phaser blast from Harbinger pilots Smoke and Titan in a corridor on the Theurgy’s deck five.
After the destruction of the Harbinger and the Calamity, Phuc was back on duty. He briefly interacted with former Harbinger pilot, Christopher Slayton, directing him to Eun Sae Ji when the newcomer asked how he could assist deck operations.
Petty Officer Suvok
Petty Officer Suvok was an avionics technician who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381.
After being redirected to Deck Two by Thea, Suvok and the rest of the distraction party rendezvoused with Natalie Stark, Aisha S'Iti, and Rory Callahan to retake the bridge. Tessa Lance considered Suvok and civilian musician Rory Callahan to be “as tall as trees” and unsuited for squeezing through the narrow ducts between Decks One and Two in order to retake the bridge clandestinely.
Thomason
Thomason was a deck hand who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. When the fighter pilots from the Harbinger came aboard the Theurgy after their escape from Task Force Archeron, he was instructed by Sten Covington to take two other deck hands and head to the shuttlebay to repair the carrier’s shuttles.
Crewman Eklund
Crewman Eklund was an enlisted specialist who served who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. At an unknown time after the Theurgy made contact with the Harbinger, his mind was reprogrammed by a brainwashed Ensign Cir'Cie to follow the agenda of Declan Vasser and support his attempt to take over the Theurgy. He was part of Cir'Cie’s squad that attempted to secure the ship’s main sickbay and arrest Doctor Lucan cin Nicander. They met resistance when recovering patient and fanatical time traveler Sarresh Morali overpowered them, incapacitating two of his squadmates. Crewman Eklund suffered crippling injuries at Morali’s hands, including the severing of both of his Achilles tendons, and a deep laceration to his right shoulder. Morali held Eklund hostage with a scalpel as he negotiated with Cir'Cie. He was finally stunned by Security Specialist Ryuan Sel who had entered sickbay in the meantime. It is almost certain that he was later deprogrammed by Doctor Maya and was treated for his injuries.
