The following is a list of named non-player characters who served in the Medical Department during the USS Theurgy’s battles against a corrupt and compromised Starfleet.

Doctor Chambers

Doctor Chambers

Doctor Chambers was the chief medical officer serving aboard the USS Archeron in 2381. He was overpowered by Wenn Cinn when the Archeron suffered a computer shutdown and power blackout in the Acamar System during Task Force Archeron ’s confrontation with the Theurgy and the Harbinger. After being questioned by Cinn, he was rendered unconscious by the burly Bajoran.

Chief Petty Officer Jacques Hebert

Jacques Hebert

Chief Petty Officer Jacques Hebert was an enlisted nurse who served aboard the Harbinger in 2381. Before the Harbinger was destroyed Herbert and a number of other survivors managed to flee in an escape pod to planet Aeron-2514. He was rescued by Natalie Stark, ThanIda zh'Wann, Aisha S'Iti, and Doctor Maya who had taken the USS Allegiant on a Search And Rescue mission to recover the Harbinger’s survivors. After leaving Aeron-2514 , Hebert assisted in the recovery of other survivors, providing medical aid to the survivors recovered from Varcae who had inhaled the acidic atmosphere. He was brought back to the USS Theurgy and joined its crew, replacing one of the many casualties the carrier had taken since fleeing Federation space.

After the raid on Black Opal Station, Nurse Hebert was manning the reception desk when Nathaniel Isley was escorted to sickbay during the inquiry of the death of Skye Carver.

Nurse Maal

Nurse Maal

Petty Officer First Class Maal was an unregistered nurse who served aboard the USS Theurgy in 2381. He was noteworthy for being a Klingon who was raised on Earth, and had no interest in Klingon culture preferring the tolerant and understanding philosophy of the United Federation of Planets. Despite being a Klingon he acted perfectly human, having been immersed in human culture almost since birth. He underwent a trial by fire during the two months that the Theurgy fled from Starfleet, with many injured to care for in Sickbay under the command of Doctor Nicander and the Head Nurse, Junior Lieutenant Jovela. By mid-2381, Maal had become an introverted brooding young man described by others as a “gentle giant.”

During the Niga Incident, Maal was infected during the outbreak, but fortunately for him, he would not remember much from that time. When the temporal agents from the USS Relativity gave him the antidote and he woke up, Nurse Jovela had been shot down during the fighting, and he had to continue to serve without a Head Nurse until Eve Jenkins was found and recruited on Nimbus III. When the Ishtar entity found the Theurgy and terrorized the crew, Maal was luckily spared, but that luck would not last.

Just after the encounter with the USS Harbinger and Captain Declan Vasser, the Calamity attacked, resulting in many more injured to care for, but not nearly as many as when it attacked the second time on Theta Eridani IV.

During the evacuation of Theta Eridani IV, Maal was in the Theurgy’s main sickbay assisted Doctor Nicander with the wounded, for no other nurses were available.

Maal was present when Cir’Cie and led her band of brainwashed mutineers into Main Sickbay and was forced at gunpoint to commit unnatural acts with Nurse Vinata Vojona by Patrick Andersson.
