Wenn Cinn served aboard the Crazy Horse after graduating from Starfleet Academy.
In late 2369, Vice Admiral Nechayev mobilized a fleet consisting of the Crazy Horse and fourteen other ships with the stated aim of defending Federation colonies from an anticipated second Borg invasion.
A year later, the Crazy Horse transported Admiral Erik Pressman to a rendezvous with the USS Enterprise-D.
Lieutenant (junior grade) Adam Kingston served aboard the Crazy Horse from 2378 to 2380. During his time aboard the Crazy Horse, the ship was sent to Besus to negotiate for peace with the Ikuli Empire. Throughout the mission Lieutenant Kingston thought something was off about the situation, and urged caution to his superiors although nothing came of it. He harbored suspicions and a buried resentment toward Starfleet Command since that incident. As a consequence he was able to immediately accept the dreadful truth of Starfleet Command's clandestine subjugation by the sentient Parasites when the commanding officer of the next ship he served on, Captain Jien Ives of the starship Theurgy revealed it in November of 2380.
