The USS Lexington (NCC-30405) was a 24th century Federation Nebula-class starship operated by Starfleet. It had been active in the Alpha Quadrant in the 2360's and 2370's. In 2373, the Lexington fought against the second Borg invasion at the Battle of Sector 001. Lieutenant (junior grade) Natalie Stark served aboard the Lexington as an operations officer from 2377 until she was promoted and assigned to the USS t'Zahn.
Ensign Adam Kingston served aboard the Lexington as a security officer from his graduation from Starfleet Academy in 2378 to his transfer to the USS Theurgy in 2380.
