Starbase Epsilon

Starbase Epsilon was a Federation starbase located in the Kalandra Sector that was administered by Starfleet.
Salem Martin’s first posting after graduating Starfleet Enlisted Boot Camp was Starbase Epsilon. He arrived as a crewman third class in 2366 and was petty officer third class when he transferred to the USS Britannic in 2370.
In 2374, a handful of prisoners escaped a Cardassian prison camp on Kalevia and managed to reach Starbase Epsilon in a warp shuttle. By coincidence, one of these escaped prisoners was Salem Martin.
