The USS Rapier was a Federation Saber class starship operated by Starfleet in the 2370’s. The USS Rapier was equipped with four Talon class Scouts stored in the forward bay.
Lieutenant Jennifer Dewitt served aboard the Rapier from 2373 where she served as Chief Tactical Officer. In 2376 she was promoted to lieutenant commander and left the Rapier to accept the position of commanding officer at the secret Starfleet supply depot of Black Opal.
Petty Officer First Class Aisha S'Iti was assigned to the Rapier in 2375 where she spent the next three years working her way up to the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer. She transferred to the USS Harbinger in 2378 when the Rapier was placed in drydock for a multi-year long full systems overhaul.
