Late in 2380, the ''Sovereign'' participated in a Anti-Piracy Operation in joint cooperation with another Federation Ship, the ''USS Theurgy''. During the operation the captain of the ''Sovereign'' hoping that his pilots could learn something from an experienced [[Tactical CONN]] pilot placed ''USS Theurgy'' pilot [[Soo Young Seung]] in command of three pilots fresh from [[Starfleet Academy]] that had been assigned to the ship. The USS Sovereign was a 24th century Federation Sovereign class starship operated by Starfleet. It was the prototype of its class.
Doctor Lucan cin Nicander served aboard the Sovereign as a medical officer from the time he left Starfleet Medical in 2376 to the time he was assigned to the USS Theurgy in 2378.
Late in 2380, the Sovereign participated in a Anti-Piracy Operation in joint cooperation with another Federation Ship, the USS Theurgy. During the operation the captain of the Sovereign hoping that his pilots could learn something from an experienced Tactical CONN pilot placed USS Theurgy pilot Soo Young Seung in command of three pilots fresh from Starfleet Academy that had been assigned to the ship.
