USS Jeb Stuart

The USS Jeb Stuart (NCC-4087) was a 24^th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet. It was the first posting of Ranaan Ducote after he graduated from Starfleet Academy in 2363. Ducote served aboard the Jeb Stuart until 2369, earning two promotions from ensign to lieutenant senior grade in the meantime. During his time aboard the Jeb Stuart the ship was in the 2^nd Fleet Reserve and spent most of its time at Starbase 147.

In 2369, the Jeb Stuart was reassigned to active service in the 2^nd Fleet in order to replace more modern ships that needed to be relieved for repairs and refits. That same year, Lieutenant Ducote transferred to Starbase 147.

(So far the ship class of the Jeb Stuart has not been revealed but its four digit naval construction number indicates that the ship was constructed at the end of the 23^rd century or the beginning of the 24^th century. It is likely that the Jeb Stuart is a Constellation, Excelsior, Miranda, or Oberth class. So far it has not been revealed if the Jeb Stuart is still active as of 2381.)
