Starbase 79

Starbase 79 was a Federation starbase administrated by Starfleet during the 24^th century.

In 2375, after the Second Battle of Chin’Toka, LieutenantRank Vivian Martin was assigned to Starbase 79 where she worked with with terraforming and studied mycology before being promoted to lieutenant commander and assigned to the USS Resolve in 2378.
