The USS Columbia was an Excelsior class Federation starship operated by Starfleet in the late 24^th century.

In 2364, the Columbia’s commanding officer was Captain Kayla Brady. Her new executive officer was Commander Chu'lak.

Marcus Alexander Slayton served as the Columbia’s Chief Tactical Officer from 2364 until 2370.
