Starbase 364 was a Federation starbase administrated by Starfleet during the 24^th century.

In 2378, Ensign Faye Lintah Eloi-Danvers was ferried via long range shuttle from the Starfleet Academy Annex on Babel to Starbase 364 where she boarded the USS Cortes.
