The USS Farragut was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet.
Ensign Devyrie Okhala was assigned to the USS Farragut in 2377 where she earned a promotion to Lieutenant (junior grade) for rescuing a runabout that was out of control and on a collision course with an asteroid. Lt. jg Okhala transferred to Luna Base in 2378.
(It has not been revealed what class the Farragut was, but it was not the Nebula class starship that was destroyed by the Klingons in 2373. (DS9: "Nor the Battle to the Strong") It is likely the Farragut was a late 24th century starship such as an Akira, Prometheus, or Sovereign class.)
