Thomas Ravon was a Fighter Pilot on the USS Theurgy in 2381. Thomas Ravon aided in the opposition against the parasites that compromised Starfleet Command in the end of the 24^th century.

Biography

Thomas was born aboard a Federation ship that was conducting a black-op mission. His parents were both Starfleet officers but both perished when the mission turned south. As a baby he was ejected out of the ship with an escape pod and with the medical officer of the ship with him. The pod drifted through space for a couple of weeks and got picked up by a Federation exploration ship after that.

After their journey through space, the child called Thomas was dropped off at a Federation base in space. At the age of 5, he would get education there and he was to enlist when he came of age. The medical officer was to be his parent/guardian for that time. All that time however, the truth about his parents was concealed to the boy.

At the age of 14 the boy started to rebel against Federation guidelines, becoming more or less an unguided projectile, he started to disobey orders from teachers or figures with authority. Eventually he ended up more than once in the brig, but recruitment officers of the Federation saw potential in the kid. A new program had just been started up in the Federation base and they could use some people with good guts.

At the age of 15 Thomas lost his guardian in a tragic accident. On her final moments the medical officer confessed the entire truth about his parents and his origins to Thomas. He took it all in and at some point that's what changed him. He became more secluded and he had an anger that he'd never show to others.

Due to the death of his guardian, the Federation took the boy in and started military training. At the age of 20 the boy was one of the youngest Ensigns to graduate from Starfleet. Specialised in combat pilot skills, he proved to be among the top of his class.

After that he served as a combat pilot, performing controls on several space stations and some Federation ships retrofitted to carry fighters. Recently Thomas requested a transfer to the USS Theurgy. He was looking for a new challenge and for answers for the demise of his parents.

His transfer to the Theurgy was approved and executed while the ship was stationed with crew on Earth again. However, he didn't get much time to find out what was going on since the crew and ship left in quite a hurry after unmasking the true identity of the high command.

Being the newbie onboard the Theurgy, Thomas had quite a hard time to grasp what was going on after the discovery of treason. He was in unbelief at first as they had to flee from Federation ships, this however quickly changed when he was pitted to fight for his life when they came in contact with Federation ships that confirmed they were outcasts, even enemies. It only fueled his already filled up anger from losing his parents, feeling betrayed again. From on that point, the young man becomes more of an unguided projectile that wouldn't hesitate to take the life of former friends or members of Starfleet/Federation. Thus, he mostly avoided contact aboard the ship, not wanting to get betrayed again. However, after the incidents to follow, this might change as he learns that to survive this situation, he will have to trust some people.

During the infection aboard the Theurgy, Thomas got infected as well by his fellow crew members. However, he doesn't remember what transpired in the period when he was infected due to the antidote. Sometimes he does wake up at night, having relived some moments of what he had done during infection, but most of it escapes his mind lately. His is still in doubt whether or not these flashbacks are real or just regular wet dreams.

Personality Profile

Thomas is a bit of a hothead, when things aren't going his way he will either let it know to his fellow crew members or disobey the order. He won't however take unnecessary risks that could bring the life of fellow crew members in danger and he will listen to well thought tactics if they prove to make more sense than his own idea. Besides that Thomas is a bit more secluded to himself, some might even say a bit shy, but after a while he comes looser around certain crew members.
