USS Emery

The USS Emery was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet.
After the Dominion War the USS Emery patroled the Cardassian border.
Nathaniel Isley’s first posting as a fighter pilot was aboard the USS Emery. Ensign Isley served aboard the Emery from 2377 to 2380. Young Isley was borderline insubordinate with the Emery’s captain who seemed to prefer politics over action. Nathan Isley accused his CO of being a PADD pusher first and a captain second. Finally, the captain of the Emery offered Isley a promotion if he’d accept a transfer to the USS Theurgy.
(So far it hasn’t been revealed what class the USS Emery was, but it had to be a starship capable of carrying fighters such as an Akira, Galaxy, or Nebula class.)
