USS Pegasus

The USS Pegasus was a late 24th century Nova class Federation starship operated by Starfleet.
In 2373, Zephyr Praise was promoted to lieutenant (senior grade) and assigned to the Pegasus as its chief science officer. During her year aboard the Pegasus Lieutenant Praise earn the Diamond Star by solving a mystery by developing a way to identify clones from the original individuals. Her tenure aboard the Pegasus was cut short by the disaster in Starbase Omega’s botany lab that killed all of the botanists aside of Lieutenant Praise and two others.
(This is not the Oberth class vessel that was disabled in the Devolin System in 2356 while testing an illegal phasing cloaking device.)
