The USS Ontario (NCC-40554) was a Federation starship of the Excelsior-class. Commissioned in 2325. It served as the Flagship of a prominent Admiral at some point during the mid-2370s.

Kate Foster served aboard the Ontario as a Junior Surgeon, until being promoted and re-assigned in 2378.
