The USS Fairchild-A was a Federation starship operated by Starfleet in the late 24th century. After transferring from the USS Discovery Counselor Hayden O'Connor served aboard the Fairchild as a counselor and medical officer before being assigned to the USS Harbinger.
(It is unknown what class of starship the USS Fairchild-A was but it was possibly an Excelsior or a New Orleans class.)
