Shirkar Academy was a university located in the city of ShiKahr on the planet Vulcan. By the 24th century it possessed one of the leading psychiatric colleges on the planet.
Hathev of Raal, Vulcan attended Shirkar Academy from 2294 until 2298. She continued her education with a postgraduate study which led her to Earth for research. However instead of completing her dissertation, she decided to enroll in Starfleet Academy. Hathev's career in Starfleet postponed the completion of her dissertation for six decades, but her subsequent research papers earned her the Vulcan Scientific Legion of Honor in 2366.
