USS Eclipse

The USS Eclipse was a Nova-class starship operated by Starfleet in the late 24th century. During a routine mission investigating a temporal anomaly, the Eclipse was inadvertently pulled five years into a post-apocalyptic future, where most of the Federation had been assimilated by the Borg. After two weeks of trying to survive and return home, the Eclipse was attacked and overwhelmed by an assimilated Federation starship commanded by one of the Infested. Most of the crew were assimilated or killed in a boarding action before the Federation timeship Relativity beamed away the few survivors. The fate of the Eclipse after this point remains unknown.
