Starbase 134 was a United Federation of Planets starbase located near Rigel VI. It was home to an ASDB Integration Facility which built Miranda-class starships, as well as Type-15 and Type-16 shuttlepods. (DS9 reference: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Technical Manual)
