The USS Roosevelt was a Federation Proxima-class starship operated by Starfleet during the 24^th century. The Roosevelt was constructed during the 2360’s and had been deactivated and placed in Starfleet’s reserve fleet before the Battle of Wolf 359 created a dearth of starships resulting in its reactivation in 2368.
