The USS Challenger (NCC-71099) was a 24th century Federation Galaxy-class starship operated by Starfleet.
Counselor Hayden O'Connor spent a year aboard the USS Challenger assisting Starfleet Criminal Investigative Service's agents afloat before transferring to the USS Discovery.
In 2378, the Challenger was one of several starships which intercepted a Borg sphere that carried the USS Voyager back to the Alpha Quadrant. (Voy: "Endgame")
