The 'USS Hector' (NCC-42322) was a Federation starship of the Centaur-class. Commissioned in 2328. During much of the Federation war with the Cardassians, the Hector was posted in a patrol and skirmish role along the Federation side of the border. Following the ceasefire in 2366, the Hector returned to Utopia Planitia for a series of major overhauls and refitting.
Andrew Fisher served aboard the Hector from 2364 to 2366 as a Junior Security Officer, until receiving a promotion and re-assignment.
