The''' ''USS Orcus'' (NX-88770) '''was the class vessel of the new Orcus-class [[Starfleet Command|Starfleet]] vessel that was active in the latter years of the 24<sup>th</sup> century. The vessel and its crew served [[Starfleet Command]] during the events of the Parasite Invasion and it was under the command of Captain Marcus Alexander Slayton.

In 2381 the ''Orcus'' was part of [[Task Force Archeron]], and was disabled by Lieutenant [[Commander Carrigan Trent]]'s "Soup Sandwich" virus.
