Aldea Prime Shipyard was shipyard that the [[Federation]] used to have access too but as of 2381, it was primarily used by the Aldeans. It had a space station drydock facility and it was named for its vicinity to Aldea and its capital - Aldea Prime. The newly constructed shipyard of the Aldeans' was used by [[Starfleet]] at the onset of diplomatic relations with the [[Federation]] after [[the Custodian]] was taken offline, and it continued to be so until the later 24th century, around the end of the 2370s decade. Because of Aldea standing closed with the [[Klingon]] Empire than the [[Federation]], Starfleets initial access to the shipyard was rescinded. Not because of sour diplomatic relations, exactly, but because the Aldeans owed it to the Klingons that their planet may flourish. The KDF ([[Klingon]] Defence Force), instead, has access to the facilities as of 2381, making it a natural port if they were to protect the planet on a long-term basis.

The Epsilon Mynos system was an single star, inhabited planetary system with a sole primary. For centuries, legends identified this system as the location of the fabled civilization on Aldea. In 2364, Aldea made first contact with the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D.

Planetary System

I. Ekasi

Ekasi, also known as Epsilon Mynos I, was a planet, the first planet in the Epsilon Mynos star system. Ekasi was a class F planet, located close to the central star, too close in fact to support any semblance of a lifeform-supporting planetary atmosphere.

II. Zevae

Zevae, also known as Epsilon Mynos II, was a planet, the second planet in the Epsilon Mynos star system. Zevae was a class F planet, located close to the central star, too close in fact to support any semblance of a lifeform-supporting planetary atmosphere.

III. Aldea (Episilon Mynos III)

For more information on Aldea, visit its page in this database.

IV. Deadara

Deadara, also known as Epsilon Mynos IV, was a planet, the fourth planet in the Epsilon Mynos star system. Deadara was a class L planet, a world with the possility of sustaining a lifeform-supporting planetary atmosphere. However, the closest civilization, the Aldeans of Epsilon Mynos III, had never made any attempts to colonize or terraform Deadara.

V. Chynne

Chynne, also known as Epsilon Mynos V, was a planet located in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fifth planet in orbit of the Epsilon Mynos star system. Chynne was a class J planet, a gas giant, too tenuous to support any semblance of a lifeform-supporting planetary atmosphere.

VI. Seosire

Seosire, also known as Epsilon Mynos VI, was a planet, the sixth planet in the Epsilon Mynos star system. Seosire was a class J planet, a gas giant, too tenuous to support any semblance of a lifeform-supporting planetary atmosphere.

VII. Telea

Telea, also known as Epsilon Mynos VII, was a planet, the seventh planet in the Epsilon Mynos star system. Telea was a class J planet, a gas giant, too tenuous to support any semblance of a lifeform-supporting planetary atmosphere.

VIII. Phaldos

Phaldos, also known as Epsilon Mynos VIII, was a planet, the eighth planet in the Epsilon Mynos star system. Phaldos was a class D planet, located far from the central star, too far in fact to support any semblance of a lifeform-supporting planetary atmosphere.
