The following is a list of named non-player characters who served in the Tactical Conn Department during the USS Theurgy’s battles against a corrupt and compromised Starfleet.
Tactical CONN NPCs on the USS Theurgy
These were some of the Tactical CONN Non Player Characters that served aboard the USS Theurgy:
Ens. Vinnie Ferris, callsign "Fury"
Ensign Vinnie Ferris was the Rear Intercept Officer (RIO) of Devyrie Okhala in the Lone Wolves Squadron. Before that, he was one of those Tactical CONN officers selected for the Valravn Program, and he conducted flight tests of Director James Knight's new fighters at Luna Base. He and the other pilots were the White Wolves Squadron, and kept the squadron name even when Captain Marcus Alexander Slayton was granted the latitude to commandeer the new fighters for the USS Orcus and Task Force Archeron.
He launched against the USS Theurgy during the Battle of Starbase 84, but he decided to follow the judgement of Devyrie Okhala when she decided to defect to the renegade ship mid-battle. They were hardly alone, after all, following their SCO at the time; Lt. Talidenai zh'Idenna , callsign "Terror".
Once on the Theurgy, Fury came down with Virus 117 and was largely out of commission for two days. Nonetheless, he remained Devyrie's RIO, until Devyrie was abucted by the Savi, and he was forced to fly their Valravn fighter solo, which was not an easy task, but one he was equal to.
Ens. Sehl th'Chilnes, callsign "Talon"
Ensign Sehl th'Chilnes was the Rear Intercept Officer (RIO) of Alessia Garcia in the Lone Wolves Squadron.
Lt. Talidenai zh'Idenna , callsign "Terror"
Lieutenant Talidenai zh'Idenna - an Andorian zhen with the callsign "Terror" (often called Tali for short) - used to be a fighter pilot in the Dor'GhItlh Squadron, which was commissioned to the USS Harbinger. While on the Harbinger, her Wing Commander was Phanatos Kilinvoss, callsign "Phantom". A year before the Harbinger was assigned to Task Force Archeron, Tali applied to partake in the Valravn Project on Luna Base as a test pilot for a new kind of warp fighter - a classified project headed by Director James Knight. There, she was picked as Squadron Commanding Officer for the White Wolves Squadron.
In November of 2380, orders came to Luna Shipyards that the twenty prototype Valravn fighters needed to be put into field duty, since the Theurgy´s Mk III Valkyries were better than what the rest of Task Force Archeron had in terms of superiority fighters. So, the White Wolves Squadron ceased to be test pilots and were instead commissioned to the USS Orcus, which was supposed to join Task Force Archeron and hunt down the Theurgy.
While she was on the Harbinger, she was involved in an intimate relationship with both T'Zantha (see below) and Christopher Slayton, callsign "Husker". It was this close tie that would make both her and T'Zantha defect to the USS Theurgy in March of 2381, since she and T'Zantha encountered Husker during the Battle of Starbase 84. As she defected, she was forced to fight her own pack before she managed to dock with the Theurgy.
Lt. JG T'Zantha, callsign "Sniper"
Junior Lieutenant T'Zantha, an albino Vulcan with the callsign "Sniper", used to be a fighter pilot in the Dor'GhItlh Squadron, which was commissioned to the USS Harbinger. While on the Harbinger, her Wing Commander was Phanatos Kilinvoss, callsign "Phantom". A year before the Harbinger was assigned to Task Force Archeron, Sniper also applied to partake in the Valravn Project on Luna Base as a test pilot for a new kind of warp fighter.
She followed Tali (see abovw) when orders came to return to field duty, hunting down the Theurgy. No longer a test pilot, she was commissioned to the USS Orcus along with the rest of the White Wolves Squadron. Back when she was on the Harbinger, she was involved in an intimate relationship with Tali and Christopher Slayton, callsign "Husker", which made both her and Tali defect to the Theurgy during the Battle of Starbase 84. As she defected, she was forced to fight her own pack before she docked with the Theurgy and the starship escaped into the Azure Nebula.
† PO1 Karma ein Yueh, callsign "Siren"
Petty Officer First Class Karma ein Yueh was killed in the first battle with the Versant in March of 2381. She died in the line of duty together with Minjae Soh, callsign "Shinigami". She first met Soh when they were both aboard the USS Kusanagi. Originally, they were paired together due to their similar appearance, as both seemed to hail from Asian origins. As days turned to weeks and months, however, Minjae soon learned Karma had been perhaps the best partner he could have been given.
She proved to be not only a damn good Rear Intercept Officer, but was - and still is - one of the few people who can handle Minjae's attitude, namely the smug, cocky side as well as his flirty one. Karma also later informed to the naïve Minjae that even though she looked like a normal human, she was anything but it. In fact, she was a Câroon; a water one, to be precise. As such, she had additional gifts and abilities that even Minjae didn't have, making her an even better partner than the Shinigami could have imagined.
Everywhere Minjae was transferred or moved to, Karma followed him. Most of the times, she was assigned to remain with her comrade. The one time she could have turned away was the same day Minjae turned traitor against Captain Marcus Alexander Slayton. Instead, she decided to stay with him, insisting he would need someone "to keep his behavior in check". Henceforth, she continued to be Minjae's RIO, as well as one of his closest allies.
Lt. JG Uriah Ahern, callsign "Knight"
Uriah Ahern was born into a fourth generation Starfleet family, in Paris, Earth in the year of 2351. His father, his grandfather, his great-grandfather had served in the Federation's Starfleet while his great-great-grandmother had served in the Earth Starfleet before the Federation had even been formed. He took great pride in hearing about his family's defense of Earth and then the Federation and when he turned eighteen he attended Starfleet Academy on Earth like his father had and passed as the Dominion War was in full swing. The young Uriah fought with his friends during the war and eventually joined the Tactical CONN department. He served on a couple ships before being assigned to the USS Persephone and meeting Daniel Havenborn.
The two become instant friends and they were eventually transferred to the USS Resolve where they served when the ship was lost in space. Uriah has been Daniel's longest serving RIO and while he's trained as a pilot he prefers to let Daniel do that aspect of fighter combat. When the USS Resolve was destroyed Uriah joined the crew of the USS Theurgy.

The 23rd Tactical CONN Air Group at Starbase 84
The 23rd Tactical CONN Air Group, comprised of the 74th through 77nd Starfleet Fighter Attack Wings, was Starbase 84's interceptor complement during the end of the 24th century. It was commissioned to the base in 2377 upon the completion of the Knight-class interceptor. Only one squadron in the 47th Fighter Attack Wing flew the AC-307 Mk II Valkyrie, namely the Griffin Squadron, while the rest of the Air Group consisted solely of the new interceptors.
The 23rd Tactical CONN Air Group was composed of the best surviving Peregrine-pilots from the Dominion War, 242 fighter pilots strong, with Commander Jared Salazar in command. Commander Salazar reported directly to Captain Ian Hawthorne, the base commander of Starbase 84. Commander Salazar was one of sixty-seven CAGs (Commanders of Air Groups) in Starfleet as of the end of the 24th century.
When the USS Theurgy arrived to Starbase 84, Ian Hawthorne ordered Commander Salazar to launch the whole Air Group in response to the threat on the base. Initially, however, the collective force of interceptors were prevented from launching because Thea sealed the bay doors on the docking section of the base. She also locked all docked starships inside the spacedock to their docking pylons, preventing them from launching against the Theurgy.

Dor'GhItlh Squadron
The following NPC’s were all members of the Dor'GhItlh Squardon, the fighter squadron serving aboard the USS Harbinger in 2381. Led by their Wing Commander and Squardon Commanding officer Phanatos Kilinvoss, they flew the AC-307 Mk II Valkyrie-class warp capable fighters into battle. Ensign Christopher Slayton, callsign "Husker" was a member of Dor'GhItlh Squardon before he joined the Lone-Wolves.
Before the Harbinger’s crew were named outlaws and persecuted across the Alpha quadrant, the Dor'GhItlh Squadron was only one of four squadrons in Starfleet's 104th Fighter Attack Wing. What was unique to Wing Commander Kilinvoss’ pilots were that they exclusively flew solo in thier Mk II Valkyries, i.e. having any RIOs in the back seat of their cockpits, and this remained true for the survivors in the Dor'GhItlh Squadron. Below is the squadron as of February 2381, before the first battle with the USS Calamity. At this point, the 48 pilots strong Wing commissioned to the Harbinger had been reduced to twelve pilots, and after the battle, they were only eight, since Eli Cunningham, Harry Ezi, Toman Fal and Teena Mod were KIA.
The organisational chart for the Dor'GhItlh Squadron can be found here: Squadron Organizational Charts.
† Lieutenant JG Daniel Ritwer, callsign ‘‘Riptor’’
Lieutenant JG Daniel Ritwer, callsign ‘‘Riptor’’ was a fighter pilot with the position of flight leader serving aboard the USS Harbinger when it fled Starfleet and encountered the Theurgy in 2381. He served as Phanatos Kilinvoss’ right hand and was Dor'GhItlh Squardon’s second in command.
On Theta Eridani IV, Riptor was intimate with Aisha S'Iti and Cale Winterbourne in the Thermal Springs Lounge, a makeshift bar made during the Theurgy’s and the Harbinger’s week of repairs down on the planet. He was so again during the celebrating of Lohlunat on the Theurgy’s holodeck, but this time Zaraq and Rihen Neyah joined them as well in the celebrations.
After he saw T'Rena's vision of the future, being mind-melded by Cir'Cie on the morning after celebrating Lohlunat, he came to exhibit an exaggerated sense of superiority, a cruel sociopathic indifference to the suffering of others and an overwhelming desire to impregnate as many women as possible. While he was not a very charming fellow before the mind-meld, it was after his mind had been compromised that he raped and killed Narik Cinsaj. When he and Zaraq interrogated Miles Renard in the Brig, Riptor was the one that sodomised Renard while Zaraq held him down. Renard killed Riptor the second time he was taken into the interrogation room.
† Lieutenant JG Lukas B. Reed, callsign ‘‘Bleed’’
"Bleed" was the callsign of a member of Dor'GhItlh Squardon who died in the mutiny on the USS Theurgy. His full name was Lukas B. Reed, and before he was KIA, he was converted to T'Rena’s and Declan Vasser’s cause. During the mutiny, he ambushed Ryuan Sel and Sarresh Morali outside the Life Support control room on the Theurgy. Taking advantage of the situation, Bleed forced Sel to preform sexual acts on Morali, and had not Rihen Neyah stopped the development, Bleed would have forced himself on Sel. Instead, with the distraction Neyah provided, Sel and Morali could fight back, resulting in Bleed's accidental death.
† Ensign Andrew Sullivan, callsign ‘‘Smoke’’
"Smoke" was the callsign of a member of Dor'GhItlh Squardon who died fighting the USS Calamity in March of 2381. His full name was Andrew Sullivan, and before he was KIA, he was converted to T'Rena’s and Declan Vasser’s cause. Together with Titan, he tried to rape Narik Cinsaj when Lohlunat was celebrated on the holodeck of the USS Theurgy. Before they managed to complete the act, they were stopped by Sten Covington and taken to Sickbay during the night. Even if Cinsaj was saved by Covington, Cinsaj was still raped to death by Riptor in Covington's own office in the Theurgy's fighter assault bay. Both Smoke and Titan were killed in the final confrontation with the Calamity.
† MCPO Frida Armistead, callsign ‘‘Freya’’
"Freya" was the callsign of a member of Dor'GhItlh Squardon who died in the mutiny on the USS Theurgy. Her full name was Frida Armistead, and before she was KIA, she was converted to T'Rena's and Declan Vasser's cause. Affected by Eve Jenkins’s pheromones, both she and Riptide had an accident with their weaponry, making them both sustain a point-blank wide-angle phaser beam in their faces. While on heavy stun, a beam fired at such close range was enough to kill them both instantly.
† Ensign Gregory Tilliander, callsign ‘‘Titan’’
"Titan" was the callsign of a member of Dor'GhItlh Squardon who died fighting the USS Calamity in March of 2381. His full name was Gregory Tilliander, and before he was KIA, he was converted to T'Rena's and Declan Vasser’s cause. Together with Smoke, he tried to rape Narik Cinsaj when Lohlunat was celebrated on the holodeck of the USS Theurgy.
† Ensign Rillian Hav, callsign ‘‘Riptide’’
"Riptide" was the callsign of a member of Dor'GhItlh Squardon who died in the mutiny on the USS Theurgy. His full name was Rillian Hav, and before he was KIA, he was converted to T'Rena's and Declan Vasser’s cause. Affected by Eve Jenkins's pheromones, both he and Freya had an accident with their weaponry, making them both sustain a point-blank wide-angle phaser beam in their faces. While on heavy stun, a beam fired at such close range was enough to kill them both instantly.
† Lieutenant JG Eli Cunningham, callsign ‘‘Liquidus’’
Lieutenant (junior grade) Eli Cunningham, callsign "Liquidus" was a member of Dor'GhItlh Squardon who died fighting the USS Calamity in early March of 2381. To the best of Christopher Slayton’s memory, Liquidus had not been hardened by Wing Commander Kilinvoss’ influence nor corrupted by T’Rena’s mental tampering. While serving aboard the Theurgy, Christopher Slayton wished that Liquidus had survived to join the Theurgy’s Lone Wolves Squadron.
† Ensign Harry Ezi, callsign ‘‘Hawk’’
Harry Ezi, callsign "Hawk" was a a member of Dor'GhItlh Squardon who died fighting the USS Calamity in early March of 2381. Before dying in battle, Hawk upheld Federation values and Christopher Slayton had fond memories of his fellow pilot and regretted that Hawk hadn’t survived to join the Theurgy’s Lone Wolves Squadron.
