The House of J'mpok was one of the Great Houses in the Klingon Empire. J'mpok, son of Q'thoq, the leader of the House, currently served on the Klingon High Council during the late 24th century.
---Battle of the Houses (2381)--- J'mpok secretly aspired to be the supreme ruler of the Klingon Empire. His ambission was tempered by his strategic prowess. He covertly aligned his house with Gorka and the House of Mo'Kai. J'mpok needed to know how strong Chancellor Martok's grip on the reigns of power was before he made his attack. To that end, J'mpok would let Gorka move first and possibly weaken Martok's standing within the empire.
