Assistance to the Theurgy

The Coalition became directly involved with the Theurgy and its crew during the events surrounding their detention by Romulan authorities.

Coalition personnel aided members of the Theurgy crew in escaping their captivity and subsequently provided military support for their operations. Heavily armored Reman vessels were dispatched in support of the crew, with the Coalition making its assistance conditional upon being given an opportunity to understand the Theurgy crew's intentions regarding Romulus and the future of the Romulan people.

The relationship between the Coalition and the Theurgy therefore developed from a wartime alliance into a significant political connection. The crew's actions during this period contributed to the Coalition's emergence as a major factor in the subsequent reorganization of Romulan politics.

Destruction of the Tal Shiar Citadel
