The medical and counseling npc page title needs to be just medical as there is now a separate page for counseling npc's. I don't know who set up the separate page but I cleaned it up, but don't have access to change the page title for medical and counseling npc page.
That was intentional, please restore what you did. Medical and Counselling are now sharing NPC pages.
