A suggestion, if you guys are having problems with the Captain's dual gender nature:

Completely optional, of course, and you can use the
he or
she pronouns depending on the Captain's chosen form in the scene. :)

So fun fact my characters have all reacted differently to the captain's nature.
Nathan refers to Ives as them and they while mixing in the He and She depending on which body the captain is using, refering to the two sides of Ives as if they were separate people.
Sithick is confused and often just goes with Sir and Captain and will use the subjective as much as possible.
Jack has yet to have a moment where the captain has shifted in front of him. His dealings with the captain have according to my notes all been with the male skin, and has yet to learn about the female side.
